What does "energised before dispatch" mean?
Before your order ships, each piece is cleansed and charged with intention so it reaches you ready to wear.
How does gemstone pricing & sourcing work?
Gemstones are quote-led. Talk to us first — we share options, photos and the lab certificate; you approve; then we source and ship. Nothing is charged until you've approved.
How is my order packed & shipped?
