4 Sensitive Spiritual-Service Data

It is collected only when needed for the selected service.
It is used only to prepare, deliver, support, or document that service.

Access is limited to MANIK's core support/operations team and the practitioner involved in service delivery.
Photos and sensitive service notes should be deleted from active working devices within 30 days after service completion unless retention is legally required or needed for a live dispute, payment issue, safety concern, or customer support matter.
Access to customer service data is limited to MANIK's core support/operations team and the practitioner involved in service delivery. The practitioner receives only the information necessary to perform the booked service (the Practitioner Briefing Card). The practitioner does not have access to MANIK's full customer database, order history, or CRM data.
A written practitioner collaboration agreement governs data handling obligations, including deletion timelines and non-solicitation terms.
If you are uncomfortable sharing a specific detail, contact MANIK before booking so we can confirm whether that detail is essential for the service.
5 Consent And Withdrawal
Where consent is required, we will ask for it in a clear manner. You may withdraw consent for optional marketing communications at any time.
Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide a requested service if the information is necessary for delivery. For example, a birth-chart-based service cannot be completed if birth details are removed before the work is done.
6 How We Share Information
MANIK may share relevant information with:
Website, hosting, e-commerce, analytics, database, and security service providers
Payment gateways, payment-link providers, banks, or payment reconciliation partners
Courier, logistics, shipping, and fulfillment partners

The practitioner receives only the intake information necessary for the booked service. MANIK does not share your full purchase history, browsing data, or other personal information with the practitioner.
MANIK does not sell your sensitive spiritual-service data or photos.
7 WhatsApp, Social Media, And External Platforms
MANIK uses WhatsApp as a support and guidance channel. Messages sent through WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, payment gateways, Shopify, courier platforms, or other third-party services may also be processed under those platforms' own privacy policies.
Do not send information through a channel if you are not comfortable with that channel's privacy terms. For highly sensitive requests, ask MANIK what details are necessary before sharing them.
8 Retention
MANIK keeps information only for as long as it is needed for business, service, legal, tax, accounting, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9 Security
MANIK uses reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information. However, no website, messaging channel, or digital storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Payment card or banking details should be processed by the relevant payment provider; MANIK should not store full card details in theme code, messages, spreadsheets, or internal notes.
