Shipping policy
1- Shipping Coverage
MANIK currently ships physical products within India only.
International shipping is not available unless MANIK confirms it in writing for a specific order.
Digital services, reports, readings, healings, and online sessions are delivered digitally or through scheduled communication and do not require shipping.
2- Shipping Charges
MANIK's shipping policy is dynamic. Shipping may be free, included in the product price, waived as part of a promotion, charged at checkout, or confirmed separately before payment.
Shipping charges may depend on:
Product type
Order value
Delivery PIN code
Courier availability
Package weight and insurance requirement
High-value or fragile-product handling
Quote-led gemstone/custom order terms
Promotional offer active at the time of order
Partial COD eligibility and courier support
Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed by MANIK before payment/order confirmation. If shipping is being confirmed over WhatsApp or through a quote, the final shipping rule must be shared clearly before payment is collected.
3- Processing Time
Processing time means the time MANIK needs to verify payment, check product availability, perform quality checks, pack the item, and prepare dispatch.
Indicative processing timelines:

Processing may take longer during festivals, high-demand periods, courier disruptions, weather events, strikes, holidays, supplier delays, or if customer details are incomplete.
4- Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery within India usually takes 3 to 7 business days for most serviceable locations. Remote locations may take 7 to 12 business days or longer depending on courier coverage.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. MANIK is not responsible for courier delays outside its control, but MANIK will help track and support the shipment where possible.
5- Tracking
When tracking is available, MANIK will share the courier name and tracking number through email, WhatsApp, SMS, order page, or another available channel.
If tracking does not update immediately, allow reasonable time for the courier system to refresh.
6- Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:
Full name
Phone number
Email address, if required
Complete address
Landmark, if useful
City
State
PIN code
If an address is incorrect, incomplete, unserviceable, or changed after dispatch, delivery may fail or be delayed. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch or return-to-origin cases where the issue was caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.
7- Failed Delivery And Return To Origin
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides incorrect details, or does not respond to courier attempts, the package may be returned to MANIK.
In such cases, MANIK may:
Re-dispatch after collecting additional shipping charges
Hold the order for customer confirmation
Cancel the order after deducting actual shipping/logistics costs where lawful and applicable
8- Damaged Package On Delivery
If the outer package appears tampered, wet, torn, crushed, opened, or visibly damaged, take photos or an unboxing video before opening. Contact MANIK within 48 hours of delivery.

9- Packaging
MANIK packs physical spiritual products with care using recycled, plastic-free packaging materials. Some products may include certification, care notes, or other documentation where applicable. Keep all packaging and documents until you have inspected the product.
MANIK's packaging standard:
Outer box: recycled kraft paper or FSC-certified recycled paper
Inner pouch: organic cotton or jute (reusable as a jewellery keeper)
Wrap: recycled tissue or seed paper insert (plantable — no synthetic foam)
Padding: honeycomb kraft paper (no plastic bubble wrap)
Seal: compostable sticker
MANIK uses recycled, plastic-free packaging materials for all physical product orders. No plastic bags, plastic bubble wrap, or synthetic foam are used in MANIK shipments.
