Refund policy
1) MANIK follows a replacement-only policy.
MANIK does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike, expectation mismatch, size dissatisfaction after confirmed sizing, spiritual outcome mismatch, quote regret, price changes, market-rate changes, or customer cancellation after preparation/sourcing/customization begins.
Approved wrong, damaged, defective, or missing-item cases are handled through replacement, correction, or completion of the order after verification. Refunds are not the standard remedy and should be used only where MANIK cannot reasonably replace/correct the issue or where required by applicable law.
2- Eligible Cases
You may request replacement/correction support if:
You received the wrong item
The item arrived broken or damaged
The item is materially different from the confirmed order
A paid item is missing from the package
The product has a manufacturing or packing defect that is not natural variation
You must contact MANIK within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, wrong, missing, or defective product claims. Claims raised after this window may be rejected unless MANIK decides there is a genuine reason to review them.
3- Evidence Required
To help MANIK verify the issue, please provide:
Order number or payment reference
Full name and phone number used for the order
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging
Unboxing video, where available
Description of the issue
Certificate/document photos if the issue relates to certificate mismatch
MANIK may reject claims where evidence is missing, the product has been used or damaged after delivery, or the issue is reported late without a reasonable explanation.
4- Resolution
For approved cases, MANIK may offer:
Replacement of the same item
Replacement with a similar item after customer approval
Repair, correction, completion, or missing-item dispatch where practical
Store credit only if MANIK approves it as an exception
Refund only if MANIK cannot reasonably replace/correct the issue or where required by applicable law
MANIK will choose a fair resolution based on product type, availability, issue, and applicable law.
5- Non-Returnable And Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Customized products
Resized products
Specially sourced gemstones
Quote-led gemstones after final approval and payment
High-value gemstones
High-value Rudraksha
High-value spiritual products
Certified gemstones where the stone, weight, quality, certificate, and quote have been approved
Certified Rudraksha where the mukhi/type, proof/certificate, and order details have been approved
Energized, programmed, purified, consecrated, or personalized spiritual products
Products altered or requested specifically for the customer
Products used, worn, damaged, washed, exposed to perfume/chemicals/water, or mishandled after delivery
Products returned without original packaging, certificate, invoice, tag, pouch, or included documentation
Digital reports after preparation has started or delivery has been made
Paid readings, healings, numerology, tarot, aura, chakra, Reiki, Akashic, Mahakali, or other spiritual services after booking, preparation, or delivery has started
For these categories, MANIK may still review a wrong-item, transit-damage, or missing-item issue if reported within the required evidence window. The remedy remains replacement/correction wherever possible, not open return or customer-requested refund.
6- Natural Variation Is Not A Defect
Natural variation is expected in spiritual products. The following are not treated as defects:
Slight color variation
Natural inclusions
Shade or texture differences
Bead size or shape variation
Rudraksha surface variation
Mukhi clarity variation within the product's described category
Minor polish, pattern, or mineral differences
Slight differences caused by screen display or lighting
Spiritual experience or result differing from expectation
7- Size And Fit Issues
Bracelet and jewellery sizing should be checked before purchase. If the size was listed or confirmed and the product was supplied accordingly, size dissatisfaction is not eligible for return or refund.
If MANIK offers resizing for a product, resizing charges and shipping charges may apply and must be confirmed separately.
8- Cancellations Before Dispatch
Physical product orders may be cancelled before dispatch if the item has not been packed, customized, resized, sourced, set, energized, or prepared specifically for the customer.
If cancellation is approved after payment, MANIK may offer replacement, order adjustment, store credit, or refund as legally/operationally appropriate. Refund is not the default remedy.
9- Quote-Led And Custom Order Cancellations
Quote-led or custom orders may be cancelled before sourcing, certification, customization, setting, sizing, energizing, or special preparation begins.
Once special sourcing or customization starts, cancellation is not available. Return and refund requests are not applicable for quote-led, high-value, gemstone, Rudraksha, custom-sourced, certified, energized, programmed, resized, or personalized orders after approval/payment.
10- Service Cancellations And Rescheduling
Paid services, readings, healings, reports, numerology, and practitioner-led work are personalized and time-based.
Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled live session.
A one-time reschedule may be allowed subject to practitioner availability.
No refund is available after the session starts, the report preparation begins, or the service work has commenced.
If MANIK or the practitioner cannot deliver the service, MANIK will first offer rescheduling, alternate delivery, or store credit. Refund is used only where legally required or where MANIK cannot provide a reasonable alternative.
For services that include a dispatched physical product (such as the Chakra 8-Day Program, 7-Day Money Clearing Program, or Reiki 21-Day Journey):
The physical product is dispatched before or during the service period.
If the service is cancelled after the product has been dispatched, the product is non-returnable and non-refundable.
If MANIK or the practitioner cannot deliver the service, MANIK will offer rescheduling, alternate delivery, or an adjustment for the service component. The physical product remains with the customer.
11- Refund Timing
Refunds are not the standard MANIK remedy. Approved refunds, where legally required or exceptionally approved because MANIK cannot replace/correct/fulfill the order, will be initiated through the original payment method where possible.
Indicative timeline:
Manual UPI/bank refund: usually 3 to 7 business days after approval and correct customer details
Payment gateway refund: timeline depends on the gateway, bank, wallet, or card network
Store credit: issued after approval and internal verification
Bank, gateway, or platform delays are outside MANIK's control after refund initiation.
12- Return Shipping
For approved wrong, damaged, missing, or defective item cases caused by MANIK or courier handling, MANIK will provide return/replacement instructions and may cover reasonable return shipping.
Do not send any item back without MANIK's confirmation. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
