1 Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing shopmanik.in, placing an order, requesting a quote, booking a service, making payment, or communicating with MANIK through WhatsApp, email, social media, or another channel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies linked on our website.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2 About MANIK
MANIK is an AstroJewellery and spiritual commerce brand offering healing crystal bracelets, certified gemstones, Rudraksha, malas, spiritual jewellery, readings, healing services, numerology services, reports, and related guidance.
MANIK's products and services are intended for spiritual, reflective, devotional, emotional, and lifestyle support. They are not substitutes for medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, emergency, or other professional advice.
3- Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian should place the order or approve the service request on your behalf.

5- Product Information And Natural Variation
MANIK tries to display product names, prices, descriptions, photos, certification status, care instructions, and spiritual associations accurately.
Natural stones, crystals, Rudraksha, pearls, malas, beads, and handcrafted spiritual products can vary in color, shade, markings, inclusions, polish, clarity, size, shape, weight, surface texture, mukhi visibility, and finish. These variations are part of natural and handmade products and are not defects unless the product is damaged, wrongly supplied, or materially different from the confirmed order.
Product photos may vary slightly from the actual product because of lighting, screen settings, natural variation, and batch differences.
6- Certification And Authenticity
Where a product is described as certified, MANIK will provide certification or authenticity details as stated on the product page, quote confirmation, or order communication.
Certification terms may differ by category. For example, a certified gemstone, certified Rudraksha, or authenticated product may have different documentation formats. Customers should review the product page and final quote confirmation carefully before payment.
7- Spiritual Associations And Claims
Descriptions of stones, Rudraksha, malas, bracelets, remedies, readings, healings, or spiritual services are based on traditional beliefs, spiritual practice, astrology, numerology, energy work, and individual interpretation.
MANIK does not guarantee:
Health outcomes
Medical results
Relationship outcomes
Career outcomes
Legal outcomes
Financial outcomes
Psychological outcomes
Spiritual transformation
Specific timing or certainty of events
Your actions, choices, circumstances, professional advice, and personal responsibility remain important.
8- Quotes And Custom Orders
For quote-led products, the website price may be indicative, per-carat, per-ratti, starting price, or placeholder pricing. A quote-led product is not final until MANIK confirms:
Product or stone type
Weight, ratti, carat, size, or quantity
Quality and availability
Certification or documentation
Customization, sizing, setting, or energizing requirements
Final price
Payment method
Estimated dispatch or delivery timeline
MANIK may decline or revise a quote if stock, quality, market rate, certification, supplier availability, or customer requirements change before final payment.
9- Orders And Acceptance
An order is accepted only when MANIK confirms it and payment is received or verified according to the active payment process.
MANIK may cancel or refuse an order if:
The product is unavailable
The price was incorrect due to error
Payment is not received or cannot be verified
The order appears fraudulent or abusive
The delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable
The product is quote-led and final terms have not been confirmed
The request is outside MANIK's scope or violates these terms
If payment has been received for an order MANIK cannot fulfill, MANIK will first offer a suitable replacement, corrected order, alternate product, store credit, or revised quote. A refund is used only where MANIK cannot provide a reasonable replacement/correction or where required by applicable law.
10- Payment Terms
MANIK may offer partial COD for selected eligible orders only after MANIK confirms it in writing.
Partial COD means the customer pays an advance/prepaid amount before dispatch and pays only the confirmed balance at delivery. Partial COD is not automatic and may be refused for any order.
Partial COD is generally not available for:
Quote-led gemstones
High-value Rudraksha
High-value spiritual products
Custom-sourced products
Custom spiritual jewellery
Energized, programmed, resized, or personalized items
Digital reports
Paid readings, healing, numerology, tarot, Reiki, Akashic, aura, chakra, or other spiritual services
Depending on the live setup and order type, payment may be collected through:
Shopify checkout
Payment gateway
Payment link
UPI
QR code
Bank transfer
Partial COD, if MANIK confirms the order is eligible
Other manually confirmed payment method shared by MANIK
Customer-facing payment instructions must come only from MANIK's official website, official email, official WhatsApp number, or verified checkout/payment provider.
For manual payments, orders may remain pending until MANIK verifies the payment. Customers may be asked to share payment proof or transaction reference for reconciliation.
11- Pricing, Taxes, And Errors
All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Product pricing may include applicable taxes where required. Shipping fees, if any, will be shown or communicated before order confirmation.
MANIK may correct pricing, stock, product, or typographical errors. If an error affects a confirmed order, MANIK will contact the customer and provide a reasonable resolution.
12- Shipping
Shipping is governed by MANIK's Shipping Policy. MANIK currently ships physical products within India only.
Digital services, online sessions, readings, healings, and reports do not require physical shipping.
13- Cancellations
Physical product orders may be cancelled before dispatch if the order has not been packed, customized, sourced, resized, energized, or otherwise prepared specifically for the customer.
Quote-led gemstone or custom orders may be cancelled before sourcing, setting, certification, customization, or special preparation has started.
Paid services, readings, healing sessions, reports, and spiritual work may be cancelled or rescheduled only according to the service cancellation terms shown below and on the service page. Once preparation, booking, or delivery has started, the service may be final-sale.
14- Services, Readings, Healing Sessions, And Reports
When you purchase a spiritual service, you agree that:
The service is spiritual, reflective, and guidance-led.
You are responsible for providing accurate details required for the service.
Delays may occur if required details are incomplete or unclear.
Delivery format may include voice call, written note, voice note, report, WhatsApp guidance, scheduled session, or another format stated on the service page.
No specific personal, emotional, medical, legal, financial, relationship, career, or spiritual result is guaranteed.
Services are not emergency services and should not be used in crisis situations.
15- Independent Practitioner Services
Some services may be delivered by Dr. Mmalvikaa or another independent practitioner/collaborator. MANIK facilitates listing, booking, payment, intake, deliverable packaging, customer support, and service coordination.
The practitioner is responsible for delivering the spiritual service content. MANIK is responsible for the customer experience, branded deliverables, and post-service follow-up. MANIK does not guarantee the practitioner's spiritual interpretation, personal advice, energetic outcome, or the customer's individual result.
A written collaboration agreement between MANIK and the practitioner governs the scope, responsibilities, data handling, and commercial terms.
16- Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate contact, payment, shipping, and service intake details
Review product descriptions, quote terms, service details, timelines, and policies before payment
Use products safely and as instructed
Keep products away from water, perfume, chemicals, rough handling, and unsafe storage where relevant
Seek qualified professional help for medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency matters
Not misuse MANIK's website, forms, WhatsApp support, or payment channels
17- Intellectual Property
All MANIK names, logos, product descriptions, website content, photos, graphics, policies, product structures, and brand materials belong to MANIK or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, scrape, modify, resell, or commercially use MANIK content without written permission.

18- Prohibited Uses
You may not use MANIK's website or services:
For unlawful activity
To harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or defraud any person
To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
To interfere with website security or operations
To scrape, spam, reverse engineer, or misuse website systems
To resell products or services in a misleading manner
To make false claims about MANIK products, certification, practitioner services, or spiritual outcomes
19- Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MANIK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, spiritual, financial, reputational, or personal losses arising from use of the website, products, readings, healings, reports, guidance, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights available to consumers under Indian consumer protection laws.
20- Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
MANIK will first try to resolve customer issues through support at manik.support@gmail.com or +91 8004455881. Subject to rights available under consumer protection laws, disputes will be handled by competent courts, consumer forums, or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. If a contractual forum is required, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh should be confirmed by legal counsel before publication.

MANIK may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised "Last updated" date.
